New Feature: Records (and Changelog)

Happy Monday, Everyone!

I’ve got another feature for you this week: Records — an easy way to upload, organize, and share important documents related to your pet’s care. Whether it’s a lab result, a visit summary, or discharge instructions, you can now store everything securely in one spot and easily share it with your Support Team when needed. This feature is available on both the web and iOS applications, and it’s included in both our Premium and Free accounts.

You can read more about the Records functionality in our Help Desk article:

Changelog for the Week of 4/14/25

  • You can now attach files to your event entries
  • The Provider Dashboard is now supported on iOS
    • Be sure you’re running version 1.2 or later; older versions will not support downloads
  • Launched a new onboarding funnel to walk new users through their pet’s dashboard
    • You can access the walkthrough at any time by clicking “Take a Tour” beneath your pet’s profile picture
  • Fixed a bug that prevented new accounts from exiting the onboarding funnel
  • Fixed a bug with provider import links (older my.hospet.app?ref=xxxx links were failing to redirect properly)
  • On mobile (portrait mode), the “Select Event Type” screen now shows multiple types per row for better usability on web and iOS
  • Launched v1.2 of the iOS app, which enables file downloads for assessments, records, and events
  • Updated the wording on the “New Event” button in the Quick Access Panel to say “Log Another Event Type” — to make things a little less ambiguous
